The JLB Pilates year ahead is all about thoughtful growth, community, and expanded support through a new cooperative studio model in 2026. Clients can expect the same personalized, small-group Pilates experience they love along with new collaboration opportunities, workshops, and holistic wellness resources.
At JLB Pilates this year, we’re embracing two elements of any effective Pilates practice: expansion and grounding. The year ahead will expand possibilities and opportunities to build community at JLB Pilates while staying grounded in what makes our studio a supportive, effective place to heal through movement.
What’s New in 2026: More Collaboration
One of the things we’re most proud of at JLB Pilates is the community of local wellness professionals we’ve cultivated. This year, you’ll notice more partnerships that involve other trusted bodywork and wellness professionals to better support your Pilates, health, and wellness goals.
The goal here is to offer you more holistic wellness options with trusted, local providers. By partnering with these collaborators on workshops and other events, we’ll build a stronger network of community care.
At the same time, we will continue to grow our team of experienced Pilates instructors with independent contractors who align with our high standards and commitment to your personal wellness journey.
In the end, our goal remains the same: to help you succeed in your Pilates practice and health and wellness journey with more support.
What’s Staying the Same This Year

As we expand our wellness community, we will stay grounded in the things that make JLB Pilates a special place to practice.
In 2026, you can continue to expect:
- personalized attention in every session.
- monthly themes to guide your practice.
- small class sizes where you’re never just a number.
- access to a wide variety of apparatuses and props.
- a calm, focused studio environment.
Early 2026 Class Schedule
In early 2026, JLB Pilates will continue to offer the full suite of Pilates classes you’ve come to expect from us. This includes Beginner I and II, Intermediate I and II, and Advanced classes as well as private sessions.
You can keep tabs on the class schedule by visiting our website. Check back often to see how we’re adapting the schedule to suit your needs and interests.
At this time, JLB Pilates does not offer:
- 4:00 pm classes on Mondays.
- 7:00 am classes on Mondays and Wednesdays.
- 5:00 pm classes on Tuesdays.
- 12:00 pm classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- 5:00 pm classes on Thursdays.
- Regular Saturday classes.
As the year unfolds, we look forward to adding more classes, workshops, and special events. We’ve pressed pause on our regular Saturday mat classes for now, but look forward to bringing them back at some point this year as paid pop-up classes.
2026 Workshops, Events, and Community

With our strong focus on connection and collaboration this year, we have plans for hosting more workshops and events, both in the studio and out in the Maple Grove community. You can also expect opportunities to learn from our collaborators in and outside the studio.
Finally, we will continue to give back to our community by supporting a classroom at the School of Engineering and Arts (SEA). Thank you for supporting this effort so generously over the last few years.
The year ahead is about thoughtful growth, meaningful partnerships, and staying deeply committed to quality movement and individualized care. While not everything is set in stone yet, one this is certain: JLB Pilates will continue to be a place where you are supported, respected, and empowered to heal and evolve.
Here’s to a strong, connected, and movement-filled 2026. 💜 Jen Bergren, Owner
