JLB Pilates offers both large and small group Pilates classes. Continue your Pilates journey in the company of likeminded and committed participants. Group classes are 45 to 55 minutes per session. For faster results, we recommend attending two to three group classes per week.
Large Group Classes
The large group classes at JLB Pilates are designed for all abilities. Practice with up to 15 other participants in a class that will be accessible and challenging for everyone, no matter where they are in their Pilates journeys.
Small Group Classes
Introduction
This class will help you train your body with foundational movements and skills you’ll use throughout your Pilates journey.
Beginner
This class will build on what you learned in introductory level, layering on more foundational skills to prepare you for intermediate and advanced classes.
Intermediate
Participants in this class have a solid understanding of and can demonstrate the foundations of a Pilates practice, including principles, exercises, and order of movements. Intermediate skills classes focus on building endurance.
